Week 16 of the regular season is here and we have a 12-game main slate on Sunday with two games on Saturday along with Sunday and Monday night football. There are a lot of top-tier players we are going to want to get in our lineups this week so let’s jump in and have a look at some value plays at each position to tie it all together.

Sam Darnold(DK - $4,900 FD - $6,700)
I am not in love with this play but if you are wanting to punt the position and absolutely load up at running back and wide receiver, Sam Darnold is in play this week. He isn’t likely going to throw for 300+ yards but at these prices he hit over 3x value on DraftKings/2x value on FanDuel last week with just 253 yard and two touchdowns. I could see that kind of production here again against the Packers who are, by no means, elite against the pass and the Jets are only slight three-point dogs at home and for them to keep up in this game, they will have to throw 35+ times. Darnold is cheap and can be paired with his favorite target as of late, Robbie Anderson who is also cheap and has been crushing value.
James White(DK - $5,200 FD - $6,500)
I talked about the likely chalk roster construction this week paying up for multiple stud running backs but there is definitely a case that can be made to go a bit contrarian. There is a terrific chance that James White is very low owned this week as he is currently 25th in tags among running backs(104th overall) over on FanShareSports. He should also see some added targets this week with Josh Gordon stepping away from football and even with Gordon in the lineup, White sits second on the team with 25 targets over the last four weeks and leads the team with 114 on the season. The other thing that stands out for White this week is his salary which has dropped on both sites.
Anthony Miller(DK - $4,100 FD - $4,800)
This is most definitely a GPP play as the rookie has been very up and down this season and has only seen three targets in his last three games. I do like the punt value here, however, as he has been targeted in the redzone 10 times this season which is fourth on the team and he has caught six of those and four for touchdowns. This matches up well against the 49ers who do rank 12th in passing yards per game(233.9) but have given up the eighth-most fantasy points per game to wideouts as they have given up a league-high 22 touchdowns to the position. Looking at Football Outsiders defensive rankings, the 49ers rank 19th against #1 wideouts while ranking 28th and 30th against the opposing teams #2 and #3 wideouts respectively. Miller will likely be low owned so you won’t need a ton in your GPP lineups to have more than the field.
