NBA DFS Breakdown 2/25/19

With the NBA in particular the longer you wait and the closer to lock your game theory is, the more accurate and powerful the analysis will be. With late-swap back in the picture, some of the best lineup decisions you will ever make can happen with mere minutes before lock. Top-Tier Targets

Chris Paul ($8300 DK, $8400 FD): CP3 turned back the clock over the weekend and carried the Harden-less Rockets to victory in Golden State with a massively efficient 23-5-17-2 line with a surprisingly low, most likely due to the lead Houston held most of the night, usage of only 28.8. Assuming Harden is rested again tonight in what should be an easy win for Houston, fire up CP3 in all formats.

LeBron James ($11,200 DK, $12,000 FD): The season is about 3/4 finished and the Lakers need wins. LBJ commented to the media after their loss in New Orleans that he “isn’t comfortable with losing” which is code for “I’m about to take over and do everything for this team to guarantee we win”. Fire up LeBron in Memphis tonight.

Mid-Tier Value Picks:

Jonas Valanciunas ($6400 DK, $7600 FD): He looks to really have the starting C locked up for the foreseeable future in Memphis as Jaren Jackson recovers from injury. Jonas came back from an excused absence on Friday to drop 25-11 on Cleveland with a whopping 19 field goal attempts. Expect much of the same tonight.

Malcolm Brogdon ($5400 DK, $6200 FD): Giannis is doubtful, and the Bulls don’t play very strong defense. Porter is also doubtful for Chicago which makes them even more shorthanded and leaves a lot of opportunity on the board for the other Buck ball-handlers (Bledson, Brogdon) to pick up some extra usage.

Cheap Punt Plays:

Derrick Jones $3400 DK, $3500 FD): The Heat are very shorthanded tonight, look out for potential news on Dragic as well however the plus-matchup puts Jones and Waiters both in many player-pools across the industry.

Tony Parker ($3200 DK, $3900 FD): Tony had a great game over the weekend with almost 30 minutes off the bench against the Nets. The game was very close and ended up as a tough loss for CHA and showed us that Parker can play crunch time in close games or in blowouts which adds to his value tonight against the Champs.
