NBA DFS Breakdown 3/5/19

With the NBA in particular the longer you wait and the closer to lock your game theory is, the more accurate and powerful the analysis will be. With late-swap back in the picture, some of the best lineup decisions you will ever make can happen with mere minutes before lock. Top-Tier Targets

Russell Westbrook ($11,300 DK, $11,400 FD): Paul George has been ruled out yet again and I believe this matchup will be the highest scoring, and fastest paced game of the evening. I expect Westbrook to have his biggest game since PG13’s been out and will be stacking Russ + Towns in a lot of my builds.

Karl Anthony-Towns ($10,600 DK, $11,500 FD): Towns has been one of the most dominant players in the league since the break with double-doubles in his last four games. The trend should continue tonight in a very high scoring, fast paced matchup in OKC.

Mid-Tier Value Picks:

Dennis Schroder ($5500 DK, $5600 FD): Schroder balled-out against Memphis on a night where the Thunder needed every last point to avoid a disappointing upset to the short-handed Grizz. With Paul George out yet again, look for Schroder to be upwards of 50% owned everywhere. I like him as a fade candidate in GPP.

Darren Collison ($5500 DK, $7400 FD): With Sabonis and obviously Oladipo still out for the Pacers, look for Collison to lead the charge this evening against a Bulls team that’s been involved with a lot of GPP winning game-stacks of late (insert staring eyes emoji).

Cheap Punt Plays:

Abdel Nader ($3200 DK, $3700 FD): The theme of the day seems to be the Paul George absence, and the rather large void that needs to be filled by the hole. Nader has been the key beneficiary lately as he fills the 3-spot nicely and can even contribute with some decent peripheral stats as well (10 boards, 4 assists, 4 steals). At 3200 on DK he will be a popular punt this evening depending on the value that opens up.

Dario Saric ($3900 DK, $4500 FD): Not my favorite play of the day as there is a lot of value and news still to come, however if nothing else opens up for some strange reason I don’ t mind Saric given his sub-4K price on DK and the opportunity he will have this evening in what you probably could have guessed is my favorite game to stack.
