The Coyotes enter tonight just two points out of the Western Conference wildcard and it has been Kuemper carrying the team on his back recently. He enters tonight with shutouts in two of his last three starts while also posting an elite .950 save % over the last 10 games. He now gets another top shelf matchup as a -210 home favorite against a Kings team that sits at the bottom of the West and ranks 30th in offense. Fire up Kuemper in all formats tonight.
Also Consider: Pekka Rinne(NSH)
The center position is absolutely loaded tonight but from a PTS/$ perspective, Tyler Seguin is my #1. It starts with his elite floor as he has 51 shots over his last 10 games and is averaging 11.7 shots per 60 with a 19.9 iCorsi per 60 on the season. He continues to be a model for offensive consistency as well with 75 points which is his sixth straight 70+ points season since joining the Stars back in 2013-14. He now faces a Flyers team who has given up 19 goals in their last five games and rank 28th in defense overall. All things considered, Seguin is my top center play in all formats.
Also Consider: Dylan Larkin(DET)
Not the first time writing about or highlighting Timo Meier as a core play and with the Sharks going to the playoffs it won’t be the last. He has had an excellent breakout season with 66 points in 76 games and for fantasy the high floor has been even more important. He only has 26 shots in his last 10 games but holds an elite 11.3 shots per 60 and 20.3 iCorsi per 60 on the season. He has already tallied four points in three games against the Canucks this season and with another win the Sharks should lock up the #2 seed in the Pacific Division. Meier is once again a great play in all formats.
Also Consider: Viktor Arvidsson(NSH)
Like center, the defense position is also loaded at the top tonight but like I did there I will focusing on PTS/$. Dougie Hamilton fits that mold as he comes in with a sub $6K price tag on both sites. He may not have the same upside as Burns, Josi, and Barrie but for the price he provides a very high floor. He comes into tonight with a combined 48 shots/blocks and is averaging 4.2 per game on the season with an elite 19.9 iCorsi per 60. At these prices, he is a near lock in cash games.
