Top-Tier Pitching Targets:

Max Scherzer ($12,300 DK, $12,500 FD): Detroit has an underwhelming .281 wOBA, 73 wRC+, and a .145 ISO against RHP this season and they match up with arguably the best RHP in baseball. Lock him in across the board in Cash-games.

Gerrit Cole ($11,900 DK, $ 11,200 FD): Cole didn’t pitch that well in his last outing against his former club the Pittsburgh Pirates, however he still sports an impressive 2.72 xFIP with a 1.05 WHIP and will look to bounce back today against a Seattle offense that is only implied for 3.24 runs.

Mid-Tier/Cheap Pitching Targets:

Blake Snell ($8000 DK, $8500 FD): The reigning Cy-Young is not having his best season however he epitomizes the perfect GPP-option today as he faces off with a Texas offense that has been striking out against LHP at an alarming rate. Snell also has an ERA of 5.01 with an xFIP of only 3.20 which suggests he has pitched much better than his ERA would indicate and has perhaps been a bit unlucky this season.

Brad Keller ($7500 DK, $7900 FD): Toronto has struggled against RHP this season to the tune of a .293 wOBA, 82 wRC+, and a .172 ISO. Keller hasn’t been great, but if you do not want to pair Snell and Scherzer he makes a decent option due to his matchup.

Top-Tier Offensive Stack:

Houston Astros: The Astros have accrued a whopping, league-leading wOBA of .367, 136 wRC+, and .232 ISO against LHP this season. They are simply the best offense against LHP and Gonzales has an xFIP of 5.28 to go with an ERA of 4.34 which also suggests regression is on the way.

Mid-Tier/Cheap Offensive Stack:

Cleveland Indians: The Indians have been playing well offensively over the last two weeks with a .352 wOBA, 118 wRC+, and .213 ISO and face off with the woeful Ynoa today in Baltimore. Ynoa has a 6.75 ERA, 5.55 xFIP, and a 44.2% hard-contact rate. He struggles against both righties and lefties in terms of who to target.
