Top-Tier Pitching Targets:

Eduardo Rodriguez ($9000 DK, $8400 FD): Baltimore has only managed a .303 wOBA, 86 wRC+, and .156 ISO against LHP this season as well as a .293 wOBA, 80 wRC+, and .149 ISO on the road. E-rod will be very chalky in Cash games this evening.

German Marquez ($8800 DK, $7600 FD): Jon Gray was a great play last night, and German should find similar success tonight against a Marlin-offense that has managed a woeful .283 wOBA, 75 wRC+, and .123 ISO against RHP along with a .279 wOBA, 68 wRC+, and .130 ISO on the road.

Mid-Tier/Cheap Pitching Targets:

Mike Foltynewicz ($6500 DK, $7200 FD): This is strictly a GPP recommendation as the Dodgers are a potent offensive opponent, however Folty looks much better since being sent down to the minor leagues and has returned with his velocity back at 97-98 mph and has been using his slider significantly more as well. He was an all-star last season when in-form.

Taylor Clarke ($4800 DK, $6100 FD): This is another GPP recommendation as the Cash SP’s are rather obvious this evening. Clarke is at-home and should be the Vegas-favorite at almost bare-minimum price.

Top-Tier Offensive Stack:

Colorado Rockies: The Rockies are implied for over 7.5 runs tonight against the cheapest SP on the slate, Hector Noesi, who has a 5.15 xFIP to validate his horrendous 8.18 ERA. Noesi also has a very high average exit-velocity of 90.1 mph.

Mid-Tier/Cheap Offensive Stack:

Los Angeles Angels: The Angels face off with Hector Santiago who sports a 7.11 ERA to go with his 6.60 xFIP, both of which scream offensive success for LA. Santiago also has a whopping 1.89 WHIP and a very high average exit velocity of 90.4 mph.
