Let’s get started (****all spread are as of this writing****)

Houston (-3) over Warriors

The Warriors locker room is a mess at the moment. Draymond will be playing tonight after serving his one game suspension, it remains to be seen how this will effect his chemistry with Durant in the short-term. Long term I think they will be fine but this situation should be monitored, especially while Steph Curry, the glue of that team, remains sidelined with an ankle injury.

Houston, on the other-hand is starting to click now that Melo has basically been cut, especially on the defensive end. The had a great win at Denver the other night. This game will be a true barometer of where Houston is at.

Clippers (-5.5) over the Spurs

The Spurs are on the second half of a road back-to-back. Expect them to not have full energy for this game. The Clippers are much better than people thought they would be going into the season. They may not have any superstars, but every guy in their rotation is a good NBA player who can hold their own on the court, even against the best guys. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is a really good player and showing that he belongs in tis league on both ends of the floor every single night. Los Angeles had a great win at home the other night against Golden State, expect them to keep it rolling tonight.
