Russell Westbrook sat out last nights game, so we can safely assume he’ll be over 32 minutes in this one. The match-up with Portland is a great one Damian Lillard is everything other than a great defender. Westbrook has beat up the Blazers in the past and I suspect Harden will let Westbrook shoot plenty after he exerted himself in a fast-paced game against Memphis just last night. Westbrook is priced down on both sites and I’m a big fan against the Blazers.

BUDDY HIELD – KINGS – FD $5,800 DK $6,500

Especially on FanDuel, Buddy Hield is just too cheap. He’s been over 30 fantasy points in all but two of his last 10 games and faces off with a Mavericks team that plays at a very fast pace. The Mavs will also be focused on De’Aaron Fox and it’ll leave the worst of the two defenders on Hield. He’s in play on both sites, but the price on FanDuel is simply criminal.

KRIS DUNN – BULLS – FD $4,900  DK $5,100

Kris Dunn should be a popular play tonight, but I have a suspicion he ends up under 25% owned. He faced a similarly fast and inefficient Pelicans team a few games ago and put up 45 fantasy points. It’s tough to project that again, but Dunn is going to play 30-32 minutes and there is no better match-up than the Washington Wizards. Dunn is a lock for 25 fantasy points with the upside for 50.  On the same team, I’m a big fan of LaVine and Satoransky as well.

TOBIAS HARRIS – SIXERS – FD $6,600 DK $6,900

Joel Embiid out of the picture, Tobias Harris sees a usage increase of about 7% and is asked to take on a lot more of the rebounding responsibilities. This match-up with the Brooklyn Nets is a phenomenal one and I fully expect 35-40 fantasy points out of Harris tonight.  A lot of folks will be on Ben Simmons and rightfully so, but I think Harris gets overlooked and small forward isn’t a spot I love.

Markkanen is clearly too cheap on both sites for the match-up with the Washington Wizards. They rank 29th in the league against stretch PF’s and Markkanen has looked a lot better of late. The Wizards not only play extremely fast, but they don’t have any big men that can consistent defend a guy like Markkanen. He has been dealing with some injuries that are supposedly cleared up. With Wendell Carter Jr. out, Lauri will be asked to rebound more and play a few extra minutes. I’m a big fan in all formats at the depressed price tag. Lock him in.

JAYLEN BROWN – CELTICS – FD $6,100 DK $6,500

I expect Jaylen Brown to give Detroit some issues tonight and the small forward is going to go overlooked tonight. The Pistons already struggle against athletic forwards and they’ll have every effort put towards Jayson Tatum. It’s going to leave Jaylen Brown with a huge opportunity and I wouldn’t be shocked to see 40 fantasy points out of him. The Pistons play fast and Brown has the best match-up of anyone on the Celtics. Especially if Bruce Brown matches up with Kemba.

It’s been back-to-back stinkers for Hassan Whiteside and I like him to get back on track against the Rockets tonight. They not only play fast, but miss a ton of shots and give up as many peripherals as anyone. The price is still high on both sites, but that just means ownership will be lower than it should be. Clint Capela is a great rebounder, but he doesn’t fight in the paint and he certainly isn’t a great defender. I’m a big fan of Whiteside in all formats as I think he returns to the 50 FP realm tonight.
