Let’s start with the former Stanley Cup champ who has an extremely juicy matchup against the Wings and their horrible league-worst road offense(1.94 goals per game.) The Veteran tender has been good the last two games as he allowed only two goals in each road victories against the Pens and the Sabres and tonight, the Capitals are massive -410 favorites on home-ice. All things considered, Holtby is an elite play in all formats.
The Canes were relieved to see their starting tender back in action last game and he rewarded them with a solid performance en route to a 5-2 victory in Detroit. Mrazek has another easy matchup this evening against the Devils and their 26th-ranked offense, and the Canes are listed as huge -190 road favorites so fire up the veteran in all formats.
TEAMS TO TARGET
Wow, the Caps are projected to score 4.2 goals this evening against the Wings and their league-worst defense. The legendary Alex Ovechkin leads the league with 48 goals and leads all wingers with 311 shots. His line-mate Tom Wilson has 44 points so far this season and Nicklas Backstrom, John Carlson, and Evgeni Kuznetsov complete the top PP unit.
The Canes are projected to score 3.5 goals this evening against the Devils and their 28th-ranked defense. Sebastian Aho had a huge night last game with two goals, an assist, and three shots. Andrei Svechnikov has three assists and five shots in his last three games and Justin Williams, Teuvo Teravainen and Jaccob Slavin complete the top PP unit for the Canes.
The youngster has found chemistry on the first line for the Wild and he has two goals, two assists and nine shots in his last four games. We need value, especially for this slate where it’s hard to come by so fire up Kunin in all formats.
The veteran Pens d-man is finally back to his consistent self again as he has a goal, an assist, nine shots and two blocks in his last three games. Lock and load Schultz in all formats and spend up elsewhere.
