Let’s start off with the hottest goalie in the league right now, who has two shutouts in a row, eight wins in a row, and has allowed only four goals on a whopping 139 shots in his last five games. That is simply unreal and the lightning are massive -265 home favorites against the Kings and their awful 29th ranked defense. Vasilevskiy is easily my top goalie play in all formats this evening.

Vasilevskiy will probably be highly owned so to seperate ourselves from the masses in GPP’s let’s look at Rask, who is 4-0-1 in his last five games to go along with a stellar .925 save %. The Jackets own the league’s 27th-ranked defense and the Bruins are -150 road favorites this evening so fire up Rask in GPP formats.

The Leafs will be angry after losing 8-4 to the Panthers and they own the third-ranked offense while the Devils are ranked 30th in defense. Superstar Auston Matthews has seven goals, four assists, and a whopping 36 shots in his last seven games. Fellow superstar and line-mate Mitch Marner has three goals and six assists during his current seven-game point-streak and John Tavares, William Nylander and Tyson Barrie complete the top PP unit for the Leafs.

The Penguins are ranked 14th in home offense while the Wild are 28th in road defense. Superstar Evgeni Malkin has two goals, three assists, six shots, and three blocks in his last three games and Patrick Hornqvist has two goals in his last three games and 29 shots in his last seven. Bryan Rust, Kris Letang, and Jared McCann complete the top PP unit for the Penguins and Sydney Crosby may return from injury this evening.

Eberle and the Islanders have a juicy matchup this evening against the Wings and their league-worst defense. The veteran winger has two goals, an assist and seven shots in his last three games while playing on the top line and is a solid value play in all formats.

The young blueliner has a goal, two assists, six shots, and four blocks in his last three games while seeing time on the penalty kill and the powerplay for the Devils. Fire up Severson in all formats as a solid value play this evening.
