When choosing a goalie for cash games, we want one who is in a favorable spot and has been playing well recently. Lehner fits the bill this evening as he somehow had a winning record while playing with Chicago and he won his first start as a Golden Knight while stopping 32 of 34 shots against the Sabres. The Knights are gigantic -300 favorites to win against the lowly Devils and their 25th-ranked offense so all things considered, Lehner is an elite play in all formats.

The Jets’ tender lost his last start but he shut out a dangerous Caps’ offense two games ago on home ice where he welcomes the Sabres and their 21st-ranked offense this evening. The Jets are listed as -180 favorites and they are only one point back from the last wild-card spot so they will be very motivated to win this game. I don’t trust Hellebuyck in cash games but he is an elite GPP play this evening.

The Knights are projected to score 4.5 goals and they own the 11th-ranked offense while the Devils own the 26th-ranked defense. Max Pacioretty has points in six of his last seven games and is 2nd amongst wingers with an average of 4.34 shots per game. William Karlsson has a goal, an assist, and eight shots in his last three games and Jonathan Marchessault, Shea Theodore, and Paul Stastny complete the top PP unit for the Knights.

The Leafs are projected to score just under four goals this evening and they own the league’s #1 offense while the Sharks own the 25th-ranked defense. Auston Matthews has two goals, two assists, and 16 shots in his last three games and 19 blocks in his last 10. Mitchell Marner has three assists and 10 shots in his last three and John Tavares, William Nylander, and Tyson Barrie complete the top PP unit for the Leafs.

The Pens should score a few goals tonight and the young d-man has 2 assists, three shots and four blocks in his last two games while averaging 20-minutes of ice-time. Fire him up as a value play in all formats on DraftKings where he is way too cheap.

Here we have another young defenseman that has been good lately and he has a goal, an assist, 10 shots, and five blocks while averaging 22-minutes of ice-time in his last three games. Murphy is an excellent play on FanDuel this evening in all formats.

The veteran winger has a modest one goal and two assists in his last five games but he has a whopping 24 shots on goal during that span which makes him safe in all formats for the Penguins on both sites.
