Hello hockey fans, we have a seven-game main slate today and I am here to share with you my favorite goalies, team stacks and value plays.

Goalies

Andrei Vasilevskiy

So, the best tender in the league is human after all as he’s allowed four goals in each of his last two games. Well, he will have revenge on his mind against the Jackets on home-ice this time and he has a 2.00 GAA to go along with a stifling .930 save % on the season. The Lightning are massive -210 favorites this evening so start Vasilevskiy with confidence in all formats.

Jaroslav Halak

The veteran Slovakian net-minder allowed only one goal against the Devils last game but the Bruins couldn’t score a goal. Halak gets the same matchup against a punchless 28th-ranked Devils offense so lock him and load him in all formats this evening.

Teams to Target

Tampa Bay

Lightning

The Lightning are ranked first in offense and second on the PP while the Jackets are ranked 23rd in defense and 24th on the penalty kill.

Steven Stamkos has 31 points in 32 games and nine PP goals which is first in the league amongst wingers. Ondrej Palat has seven PP goals and also has 31 points in 32 games. Brayden Point, Alex Killorn, and Victor Hedman complete the top PP unit for the Lightning.

Carolina Hurricanes

The Canes are ranked sixth in offense and first on the PP while the Hawks are ranked 22nd in defense and 27th on the penalty kill.

Sebastian Aho has two goals, three assists, and eleven shots in his last three games and Dougie Hamilton is on an amazing 14-game point streak. Andrei Svechnikov, Jordan Staal, and Vincent Trocheck complete the top PP unit for the Canes.

One-off Value Plays

Jason Robertson

The rookie Stars’ winger is still continuing to make waves around the league and he has two goals, an assist, and 12 shots in his last three games. Robertson is a terrific play at these prices in all formats as he plays on the top line and the top PP unit for the Stars.

Dmitry Orlov

The wily veteran point-man for the Caps has been dishing out fantasy points lately as he has a goal, two assists, four shots and eight blocks in his last three games. Orlov is too cheap for the kind of production he has been turning in lately so fire him up in all formats.
